The City of Greenleaf is located on Highway 19, five miles west of Interstate 84 at the City of Caldwell, and five miles east of U.S. Highway 95 at the City of Wilder. 

 

Greenleaf’s economy is tied to agriculture and agricultural processing. The population in the county is rapidly growing. The City of Greenleaf believes that they are growing in a way that maintains the small-town rural character of the community supports agriculture, related industries, and the rural nature of the area. Yet we strive to provide opportunities and services for those who live and work in the city. 

 

The Western Alliance provides economic development services for the City of Greenleaf, giving assistance with grants and land use applications. We also provide assistance with small business development.
