Rural Economic Partners of Southwest Idaho (formerly known as the Western Alliance for Economic Development) is a non profit organization that is dedicated to strengthening and preserving rural communities in Southwest Idaho through collaboration, resource connection, and strategic economic development that supports businesses, agriculture, and long-term community prosperity.
Our Vision is to create thriving, resilient rural communities where businesses, agriculture, and families prosper together, ensuring opportunity, innovation, and a high quality of life for future generations.
We work closely with local leaders and regional partners, including the Idaho Department of Commerce and the City of Greenleaf to strengthen the economic foundation of rural communities and help them grow in a sustainable and meaningful way.
